We all love sweets during this time of year. But instead of making a mess in your own kitchen, come spend the afternoon making cookies with us. Here’s how it works: students will be divided into groups of two. Each group will make two different (large!) batches of cookies. This is a perfect class to do with a friend or family member! At the end of class, we’ll exchange cookies and each participant will take home 3 dozen cookies – they make great gifts!
Sold out classes will make a total of 14 different cookies.
We’ll enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows and mulled wine while we work. Bring your own cookie tins to transport your treats home! We’ll make many of the following cookies:
- Traditional Spritz Cookies
- Cookie Candies / Rum Balls
- Gingerbread Biscotti
- Salted Caramel Nutty Fudge (Chef will make caramel)
- Decorated Sugar Cookies
- Gingerbread Cookies
- Almond Cherry Jam Squares
- Chocolate Dipped Shortbread
- Lavender-Lemon Madeleines
- Chocolate and Caramel Dipped Pretzels
- Peppermint Brownies
- Peanut Butter Balls
- Thumbprint Cookies
