Our little cooking show is 100% produced by me and my husband. We believe that romance, love, and food are synonymous. We know that true romance is something to be cherished, cultured, and nurtured, much like a fine meal. Hot Kitchen is designed to focus on helping you enjoy delicious food and romance in your life. A lot of couples are staying at home instead of going out to eat on a date. Hot Kitchen is here to teach you how to make those fancy meals at during a romantic date-night at home.

Our goal is to make you feel like you are hanging out in the Hot Kitchen and cooking along with me. We tend to stay away from expensive specialty ingredients that are difficult to find. Fresh foods and scratch cooking is our focus. In my Hot Kitchen, food is not complex or intimidating. Romantic meals are specifically designed for to be complete dinner for two and can be prepared in one night. We encourage you to cook the meals together!

Each episode features one complete restaurant-style dinner made from scratch. As a top of the class graduate from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, I have a lot of passion for cooking and tons of ideas to share with you.

We want for you to enjoy our shows, try our recipes, and really try out the date night at home concept. Turn off the cell phones, put the kids to bed, or drop the kids off at a friend’s house lock the doors, and slip into something sexy. Set yourself up to have a relaxing, uninterrupted

evening where food and romance blend together to bring you and your sweetie closer. Enjoy the way homemade food crafted by loving hands is a catalyst for true romance.

We are quick to respond to questions and we LOVE comments. Each comment makes us smile and inspires us to film a new episode for you every week!

Thank you!

Love, Hot Kitchen

    Wendy & Trazy,
We love your show. We have now accomplished about 5 or 6 of your date night meals, and we have loved watching and cooking together. I must admit…. We add our own twist with naked apron cooking. That keeps things really interesting in our kitchen, lol. However sometimes it takes about three hours to finish a meal because things keep getting hot!
We love the concept of love that you and your sweetie deliver in your show. It’s refreshing to watch as you advocate togetherness and love along with a lot of spice.
Please keep the show going…..you are the only skinny cook I trust!

Thank you so much for the visit! Enjoy our recipes and the show. Every recipe is original and I design them to be adaptable and to avoid rare and expensive ingredients (like truffle oil or boar bacon). Each episode features a menu of recipes that we think are awesome together. We try to design them with cross-functional ingredients, balancing flavors, textures, prep time and to a point nutrition.

      Great to hear from you!

Just watched the sesame ginger garlic chicken episode and I am SO glad you recommended your youtube site to me! These three recipes are uncomplicated, look delicious and contain ingredients I keep in the kitchen. I’m pretty excited and can’t wait to watch more episodes. Sometimes it’s easy just to throw together a pot of spaghetti after a day at work but with a little prep time, these could be after work meals too. Thanks so much again!! Love your site.
